We offer an extensive range of precision cutting tools ranging from tungsten carbide and polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tipped circular sawblades, cutters and shank tools for various industries and a variety of applications and cutting materials.

Circular sawblades

We manufacture an extensive range of AKE tungsten carbide-tipped as well as Polycrstalline Diamond (PCD) tipped sawblades to meet the needs of our customer’s various processing requirements.

Metal Cutting Sawblades

AKE also has an extensive range of sawblades for ferrous and non ferrous metal cutting.

PCD Cutters

Our cutters are balanced to G2.5 or better and can use hydraulic tool holders for enhanced clamping, ensuring superior tolerances.

PCD Shank Routers

Our range of PCD Shank Routers similarly caters for a wide variety of applications. Our patented Harmony design shank routers are proven solutions for sizing and jointing of wood based materials. With a long tool life and superb cutting results no further machining is required.

Atemag Aggregates
